Camp Newaygo

Camp Newaygo is an overnight summer camp that has been creating memorable experiences since 1926. Set on just over 100 acres, it makes for a wonderful destination or resort style wedding with a variety of lodging options, activities and beautiful outdoor spaces. Couples can have their ceremony on site in the beautiful, wooded Walden Amphitheater or in a number of other serene, outdoor locations. Most receptions take place at Lang Lodge which gives guests the ability to be indoors with modern amenities or outdoors on an expansive patio set into the ridge overlooking Pickerel Lake.

Camp Newaygo is located 45 minutes from either Grand Rapids or Muskegon, making it the perfect location that is convenient for guests and still feels like a getaway. Lodging options range from rustic camp cabins to hotel style lodging, meeting the preferences of your guests. The weekend package creates a destination wedding feel with the ability to add on fun camp activities such as archery, kayaking, ropes course elements, and swimming. If a larger wedding is not your style, there are also great elopement and intimate wedding packages as well.
