Camp Lakeside

Camp Lakeside is nestled in a canyon near Lake Scott State Park, making it a beautiful scenic location for your indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony and reception.

Our Carpenter Chapel features a high wood beam ceiling, and moveable chairs that can be arranged to seat 100 guests comfortably (120 guests maximum). The window at the front of the chapel looks toward the canyon wall, with a view of a white cross.

We can also accommodate outdoor weddings, on the lawn behind the chapel. The scenery surrounding includes Lakeside’s canyon walls, and a view of Lake Scott. Weddings can be moved into our chapel as a backup plan, should the weather not cooperate.

Many guests choose to hold their reception on our spacious lawn or inside the Schutte Lodge or Dining Hall. Please note, Camp Lakeside is an alcohol free venue.
